Jen, is a local baker in town, and her specialty is Macarons.
One day she made us something called PAVLOVA, and it was so good! Pavlova is a dessert named after a Russian Ballet dancer from the 1920s.
On Monday I went to visit with her, and she taught me how to make Pavlova. She even shared her recipe with me, and here it is:
6 egg whites pinch cream of tartar 1/4 tsp salt 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch 1 tsp champagne or white wine vinegar 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1 1/14 cup sugar
