I was hungry for an after school snack. So I looked in the fridge, and I found some: peppercorn chèvre from (Fairwinds Farm), beets and prosciutto. Then I grabbed some crackers and put all of my ingredients together, to make some gourmet crackers and cheese.
I gave my mom a sample and she said they were delicious. She suggested that I add some balsamic vinaigrette to the beets. So i did and they were perfect.
Then I worked on presentation. I put the chèvre on top of the crackers so that the beets would stick. Then I put a slice of prosciutto and some more beets on top. Then I put the finished crackers on a big plate and added a drizzle of SRIRACHA Hot Chili Sauce on top for maximum beauty.
